1. Business and digital services
BengaliAppBiz is owned and operated by Rabishtra, a sole proprietorship. Rabishtra is the seller and service provider responsible for customer payments and invoices. We offer ready-made app source code, customisation, custom development and related technical services. All products and services are digital; no physical goods are shipped.

2. Quotations and order acceptance
An enquiry or contact click is not a paid order. Before payment we confirm the product or scope, deliverables, price, currency, applicable taxes, payment stages, delivery schedule and included support in writing. An order is accepted when both parties confirm it in writing and any agreed initial payment is received. You must be at least 18 and authorised to order. Specific written order terms take priority over general service details, without removing mandatory rights.
বার্তা পাঠানো মানেই paid order নয়। মূল্য, কাজ, payment ও delivery-এর শর্ত লিখিতভাবে নিশ্চিত করার পরে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা হয়।
3. Pricing and payment
Unless a confirmed fixed price is displayed, pricing is quotation-based. Taxes and third-party charges are identified before you commit. Pay only through instructions supplied by Rabishtra for the agreed order. The current website has no embedded online checkout. Any payment provider used has separate processing terms. Extra work or costs require agreement before charging.
নির্দিষ্ট দাম না থাকলে quotation অনুযায়ী মূল্য হবে। Taxes, third-party fee এবং অতিরিক্ত কাজের খরচ আগে জানানো হবে।
4. Digital delivery and timelines
Agreed source files, documents and deliverables are supplied electronically by email, download link or an agreed repository transfer. The method and delivery timeline are confirmed before payment. Ready-made delivery follows the agreed payment and required setup information; custom development follows the agreed milestones. Material delays will be communicated with proposed next steps. There is no physical shipping fee. Report missing or inaccessible files so we can restore delivery or provide an applicable remedy.
Email, download link বা সম্মত repository দিয়ে delivery হবে। নির্দিষ্ট সময় ও milestone আগে ঠিক হবে। ফাইল না পেলে বা খুলতে না পারলে support-এ জানান।
5. Inclusions and additional costs
The written scope identifies whether app source, backend source, admin source, documentation, installation, deployment or publishing assistance is included. An APK is different from source code. Hosting, domains, paid APIs, developer accounts, payment-provider charges and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included. Setup and custom changes are not automatically included with source-code purchases.
App, Backend, Admin Panel-এর source, documentation ও setup—কোনটি অন্তর্ভুক্ত তা quotation-এ থাকবে। APK এবং Source Code এক নয়।
6. Customer responsibilities and review
Provide accurate requirements and materials you are entitled to use. Protect credentials and agree secure access methods if technical access is necessary. Review delivery against the agreed scope and report reproducible issues. New features outside the scope need a separate agreement. Silence does not waive rights concerning defects or non-conforming delivery.
সঠিক প্রয়োজন ও ব্যবহারের অধিকার আছে এমন উপকরণ দিন। সম্মত ফিচার মিলিয়ে দেখুন; নতুন কাজ হলে আলাদা agreement হবে।
7. Licence, ownership and updates
Ready-made source code follows the Source Code License, including the standard five years of free updates or the terms for the four listed reward apps in Source Code License section 9. A licence does not transfer copyright in reusable code or third-party components. Ownership and permitted use of bespoke deliverables are stated in the project agreement; customer-provided content remains the customer’s. Individual support, installation and maintenance follow the written scope.
Ready-Made Source Code-এর standard পাঁচ বছরের update অথবা চারটি listed reward app-এর বিশেষ lifetime update শর্ত প্রযোজ্য; License-এর section 9 দেখুন। Custom project-এর ownership ও support লিখিত agreement অনুযায়ী হবে।
8. Platforms and lawful use
Google Play, AdMob, hosting, payment and payout providers independently control their approvals, fees and policies. We do not guarantee approval, revenue, downloads or business results. You are responsible for lawful operation of your app, its content, user data, permissions and accounts. Do not use the code for fraud, malware, unlawful financial activity, infringement or other illegal purposes.
Play Store, AdMob বা payment gateway-এর অনুমোদন ও আয় নিশ্চিত করা হয় না। অ্যাপ আইন এবং platform-এর নিয়ম মেনে চালাতে হবে।
9. Cancellation, refunds and responsibility
The Refund Policy applies. Change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after a correct digital product has been downloaded or received, or an agreed service has been provided. This does not exclude remedies for defects, deficient services, non-delivery, duplicate charges or mandatory legal rights. Events outside reasonable control affecting delivery will be communicated; revised timing or an appropriate remedy for undelivered work will be discussed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or wilful misconduct.
সঠিক delivery বা সম্পন্ন service-এর পরে মত বদলানোর refund নেই। ত্রুটি, অসম্পূর্ণ পরিষেবা এবং বাধ্যতামূলক আইনগত প্রতিকার বাদ যায় না।
10. Complaints, law and changes
Contact Rabishtra Support at support@rabishtra.in or +91 8101842401 with an order reference and the issue. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Indian law applies without removing mandatory customer protections. Competent courts and consumer forums remain available as provided by law. Policy changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce accepted order rights or the applicable product update entitlement.
অভিযোগ ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে acknowledge করা হবে এবং এক মাসের মধ্যে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে। উপযুক্ত consumer forum বা আদালতে যাওয়ার অধিকার অক্ষুণ্ণ। পুরোনো অর্ডারের অধিকার পরে একতরফাভাবে কমানো হবে না।
